STORY ALCHEMY is a one-of-a-kind rite of passage to support you in claiming your one-of-a-kind gifts and wisdom from your life experience and root the next iteration of your business, book or other creative project in the magnetic truth of who you are.

In this 7 week journey you will:

  • Excavate your life’s experiences to claim three things that will create the truthiest truth foundation of your next business or creative endeavor: your one-of-a-kind wisdom, your unique gifts and your soul identity

  • Release old stories and hurts so that you can create from clarity, joy, inspiration and courage vs. fear, scarcity, the need for validation or other people’s rules

  • Get honest about your soul’s big dream and discover more ease and agency in taking steps towards it

Tell a truer story about who you are and the work you’re here to do as a manifesting tool to unfold it.

This journey will unfold over seven weeks. Here’s just a glimpse of what will unfold:

  • Unearth the core life experiences, from the past to modern day, that have shaped you here

  • Your wounds are the birthplace of your deepest wisdom.  You’ll have space to reflect on and illuminate the unique wisdom and gifts from which your next creative endeavor will thrive

  • A potent breathwork and movement practice to support you in clearing old pain and grief in the body that are ready to be released so that you can approach your next creative endeavor without the weight of old wounds and stories

  • Get honest about who you are and your soul’s wildest dreams. You’ll write a story about how you came to your unique wisdom and what you are here to create with it (this story can be the raw material of your next About Page, book, coaching offer or other work of art)

  • Explore the key elements of any soul-led endeavor: trust, joy, devotion and courage + practices to support you in embodying your message, tapping universal support and unfolding the next great chapter of your story

  • A powerful opportunity to share your alchemized story and integrate your unique learnings from the journey

About Your Guide:

I’m Cara Jones, a former Emmy Award winning broadcast journalist, director of the film Blessed Child, MOTH Storyslam winner, writer & coach. I help artists, creatives, coaches & healers mine their life stories for the creative gold that allows them to build one of a kind businesses, coaching programs, talks, and books. And be seen.
