VISIBLE (adj): able to be seen in your full self-expression

Dear coach, healer, entrepreneur:

In order for you to grow the holy-sh*t-I-get-to-do-this-for-a-living business you’ve dreamed of, your people need to be able to see, hear, feel the real you.

Your one-of-a-kind thoughts, vision, voice, energy….your face, your art, your dance moves etc. All the stuff you’ve been taught to hide. THIS is what is going to call your holy-moly-I-get-to-work-with-these-people your way.

VISIBLE is a year-long experience (cuz this work takes time). It will invite you to release well-worn stories that you don’t know enough or, aren’t unique/smart/creative/sexy/cool enough to create, be seen and grow a thriving business by being your magnificent self.

In this container you will grow embodied confidence, one bold act of visibility at a time, to discover that within you is: 

• A CREATOR …who can trust and run with your creative impulses, consistently create with reckless abandon, and (believe it or not) learn how to whip up an email or social media post in 15 minutes or less.  

• A TRUTH-TELLER…who can build the muscle to speak your heart’s truth (regardless of the opinions of others), break “professional” rules and is not afraid to repel the wrong people to call in the right ones.

• A MYSTIC…who knows. Who can be in powerful relationship with your own wisdom to guide what to create/write/share and make powerful decisions in your life and business (without getting caught in overthinking)

• A BADASS….who will challenge all of our conditioned tendency to sound generic and soggy and infuse your expressions with buried parts of you: your wild, wierd, sensual, spiritual etc. magic.

  It’s time now….

  • to take that Google doc (filled with ideas no one has ever seen) and start sharing

  • to discover a different way to create (other than starting at a blank screen, checking social media, then back to the blank screen again)

  • to start infusing your words with electric YOU-NESS vs. the soggy words you think you should write that aren’t activating your people

  • to excuse your mom, dad (or other distant relative) from your head so you can start expressing yourself with the uncensored potency of what you are here to say

  VISIBLE is like a gym for your voice (where you do the reps!), a muse for your truth and wisdom, a one-of-a-kind container for you to:

Create content rooted in the magnetic truth of who you are In our guided writing sessions you’ll learn and have space to create uniquely resonant content (for emails, social media, podcasts, publication, growing your body of work, thought leadership etc) so you’re not just getting likes but creating meaningful connections and conversations that bring people out of the woodwork to say  “I really needed to hear that” or “you changed my life with what you said” and “how can I work with you.”

Be supported and accountable to make offers and grow your business. In our group coaching sessions, Facebook group and optional pods you’ll have an opportunity to get support for where you’re getting stuck and cultivate your confidence in what you have to say and offer. Regular community challenges will have you regularly sharing your wisdom in public, standing in the value of what you have to offer and inviting people to work with you.

Cultivate safety in being seen (with practice): Maybe you’ve tried the tips and tricks, courses and coaches and they haven’t worked? There is nothing wrong with you. It’s likely just that your nervous system has been wired to make visibility scary.  You’ll practice trauma-informed, effective ways to be yourself out loud and get the practice you need to rewire old fears.

Uncover your uniqueness: This work unveils where the truth of who you really are is going unexpressed in your life. You will reclaim the disowned parts of your voice and excavate your wisdom, so the creative floodgates can open. Dismantle the cultural conditioning that tells you what you have to say is too much, too weird or insignificant and keeps you hidden.
