When you see who you are…and bring forward work that only you can …you discover that your greatest contribution

comes from being yourself

I’m Cara Jones

✨ Sorceress of story

🌊 Space holder for you to uncover the deepest, truest work you’re here to do by excavating and re-writing your story. The About Page you create from this will hold the seeds of your most powerful coaching programs, talks, interviews, podcasts etc. (and change who you think you are in the process)

🎉I’m your visibility cheerleader who will champion you bringing all of you to your emails, social media, stages and your kitchen table so you can connect with your hell-yes people, make good money and have a blast being yourself (ps: this is also my #1 strategy for business success)

🥳 Deep, cheesy and awkward are my superpowers

My Story

That’s me. In the corner. Skipping out on toilet-paper-dance-parties to do the good girl thing.

As a kid, I used to hide in obvious ways: in the corner, behind my mother when meeting new people. I let other voices fill the space. I followed the rules and recited other people’s truths.

As an adult, I learned to hide in less obvious ways: behind a thick coat of makeup and heels as a television news reporter, behind the telling of other people’s stories as a filmmaker, and in my story coaching work, publicly saying what I thought I should say vs. my truth.

In 2012, I began a new journey. I started making a documentary film ("Blessed Child") about my unique family history– based in a religion famous for arranged marriages and mass weddings. I was terrified about putting everything out there (you can read about that part of the story here).

But the process helped me uncover, within that story, a unique message and blueprint of a journey I could take others on. It invited me face life-long fears of worrying about what people thought that were messing with my creativity, my dating game, my bank account and my soul’s purpose. Learning to see and be myself has steadily allowed me to create the holy-moly-I-get-to-do-this-work-with-these-amazing-people wildly abundant life and business I didn’t know I could ask for.

Over the past decade I’ve been working with people from all over the world to help them also discover the life and business changing magic of excavating their story, claiming their unique soul’s medicine and being themselves out loud.
