I want us to integrate all the orphaned parts of our experience. The powerful, painful, insightful scenes in our story. The truths that years of oppressive conditioning have locked away.
I am here to support your reclamation. To help you honor the hiding that has kept you safe, and also grow the courage to be seen as your full self.
There is freedom on the other side of truth-driven expression. There is a knowing in your body that it’s possible to tell the truth and be loved (even if you have to break some rules or burn a few things down in the process)
And it starts with your ability to tell the truth of your story: what you’ve endured, what you’ve learned and who you are now because of it.
